Greetings Ronin fans! I'm Sarah, the master of this Dreamland. As you may have guessed, I AM Sarah Shima of Glacier, and yes things with Rowen are going very well! Ok, so you all already knew I was a little insane. Anywho, you came here to learn more about your favorite ronin character and "normal" girl. Dislikes: School, Annoying people, racists Favorite Food: Italian, Chinese Least Favorite Food: Peas Favorite class: Japanese II, Italian II, Journalism Favortie color: Purple, red, blue Favorite Anime: Ronin Warriors Favorite Anime Movie: I would have to go with the "Ah! Megami-sama" movie. Favorite real people TV show: Gilmore Girls, Scrubs Dream: Perhaps a job in International Relations, or as a writer, while speaking Japanese and German, and playing cello. I'll figure it out eventually. Favorite Sport: I'm not really into sports anymore, but if I had to choose it would be freestyle tennis, or badmitton. Favorite Board Games: Chess, Clue, Bass Fishing Monopoly More about me: I'm an Italian-German-British-Swiss-American. I'm tall and unathletic (the 'do you play basketball?' comments always made me sad). I like to write - mainly creative stories and fanfiction, my poetic skills are not very polished. I read books, I'm currently on an Asian kick having read "10,000 Sorrows" by Elizabeth Kim, and "When Broken Glass Floats" by Chanrithy Him, both of which I highly recommend. I will be looking for a copy of "The Killing Fields". I'm oddly interested in other cultures/languages. I can speak English, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese. I'm currently in my second year of Japanese Language and Culture class, which is totally awesome. I like anime, my favorite is Ronin Warriors (did you know the manga of YST ended after the first season with the Troopers dying? Weird huh? I'm still trying to get Tokyopop to translate them). I have seen YST and the three OAVS, but I think RW is better (just my opinion). My favorite character is Rowen of Strata, with Sage of Halo as a close second. I like to draw, as you can see some of my images are up on the site, not too many though. I have gotten better as an artist, but the scanner is broken, so no new pictures from me will be up here. I read manga, my favorite manga series right now is X/1999 by CLAMP, which is STILL in the process of being translated by Viz. It's shoujo, and the story moves slow, but the images are GORGEOUS. I hope that one day Tokyopop or Viz will translate and print the Yoroiden Samurai Trooper manga. Every year Tokyopop lets people suggest manga to be translated, everyone vote for YST! I like watching anime. My favorite shows are "Ronin Warriors", and "Yoroiden Samurai Troopers". Back when Cartoon Network had Toonami, I watched "Gundam Wing", "Sailor Moon", and "Dragon Ball Z". I still like those. I also have the DVDs for "Ceres". I love Ronin Warriors. I really enjoy looking at the images and putting the site together. And I LOVE ROWEN!
